Aldonil OD Tablet is used to treat diabetic nerve pain. Poorly controlled diabetes can eventually lead to diabetic nerve disease (neuropathy) as a complication. This medicine helps to relieve symptoms like burning pain and numbness seen in people with diabetic nerve disease.
Aldonil OD Tablet belongs to a group of medicines known as Aldose reductase inhibitors. It can be taken with or without food but you should try to take it at the same time every day. This will help you to remember to take it. The dose and how often you need it will be decided by your doctor so that you get the right amount to control your symptoms. It may take up to 3 months to get the full benefits of this medicine, but you should keep taking it regularly.  Do not stop taking it without asking your doctor, otherwise, your condition may worsen.

Even if you feel well, do not stop this medicine on your own because high blood pressure often has no symptoms. If you stop taking it, your condition may get worse. There has been reports of lichenoid keratosis (a benign, inflamed, solitary skin lesion, typically brownish or reddish, found on sun-exposed areas) in some patients taking Amlip 10 Tablet, if you experience this, let your doctor know.

Lipril 10 MG is a medication containing Lisinopril, which belongs to a class of drugs known as Angiotensin-Converting Enzyme (ACE) inhibitors. It is widely used for:

Cetanil M 50 Tablet ER is a medicine used to treat hypertension (high blood pressure). It is a combination of two medicines that effectively controls blood pressure when a single medication is not effective. By lowering the blood pressure, it helps in preventing future heart attack and stroke.

You can take Cetanil M 50 Tablet ER at any time of day, with food, but it is best to take it at the same time each day. Keep taking it for as long as advised by your doctor. It may cause side effects like headache, ankle swelling, slow heart rate, and nausea. It may also cause dizziness, so do not drive or do anything that requires mental focus until you know how this medicine affects you. To reduce the swelling, raise your legs while sitting down. You may be asked for regular monitoring of blood pressure, kidney function, blood sugar level, and electrolytes level while on the treatment.
