• Clotivag Ointment/Cream: Primarily used for common skin infections such as athlete’s foot (tinea pedis), ringworm (tinea corporis), jock itch (tinea cruris), and fungal sweat rashes. It also treats external thrush-related irritation on the vulva or penis.

Atropine Eye Ointment is for external use only. Use it in the dose and duration as directed by your doctor. Read the instructions carefully before using the medicine. Wash the hands thoroughly before and after using Atropine Eye Ointment. Doing so will help avoid the risk of any infection. Do not rub the eyes after instilling the medicine, as it can lead to redness or irritation. Continue the medicine until the prescribed course is complete.

This medicine may have some minor and temporary side effects such as blurry vision, photophobia, decreased tear production, stinging in the eyes, and high blood pressure. These episodes should start receding after a few doses. However, if these side effects persist or become bothersome for your child, report to the doctor without any delay.

A thin layer of the medicine should be applied only to the affected areas of the skin with clean and dry hands. Wash your hands before and after applying the medicine. If it gets into your eyes, nose, mouth, or vagina rinse with water. It may take several days to weeks for your symptoms to improve, but you should keep using this medicine regularly. Using of this medicine may cause application site reactions (burning, irritation, itching, and redness). These are temporary and usually resolves on with time. You should consult your doctor if any of these do not resolve with time and persists for a longer duration.

Avoid getting it into your eyes, nose or mouth. If accidental exposure occurs, wash your eyes with water and seek immediate medical attention. You should stop using it and inform your doctor if you notice worsening of the infection or if you develop increased redness and irritation.

Betadine Powder is for external use only. You should always use it exactly as your doctor has told you. The affected area should be clean and dry before application. You must wash your hands thoroughly before and after applying this medicine. This medicine should be used regularly to get the most benefit from it. Do not use more than you need as it will not clear your condition faster and some side effects may be increased. You can help this medication work better by keeping the affected areas clean.
